In the Razorback Mountains, near the border with Kinuri and the Bay of Mastesch, is an enormous mountain peak, Mont Frisson. Deep in the heart of Mont Frisson is the Rimeduster Tribe of kobolds and their queen, Blanca Steelshiver.
Like most kobold leaders, Blanca is a powerful magic user. Specifically, in Blanca’s case, an illusionist. Seen as a benevolent, by the kobolds, leader. Though Blanca is always scheming, plotting, and planning to shore up her power base within the Rimedusters and erode the positions of her enemies.
There are very few kobolds within her tribe that she trusts. This makes her very willing to sneak out of the lair and in disguise, both natural and magical, journey to the surrounding towns to gather information, eliminate opposition, and procure materials to facilitate her completing her plans.

Notes:
The is my January 3nd entry for the 2023 Character Creation Challenge. A personal challenge to create a new character everyday in the month of January. The participants can elect game system and methods. I’m of course using 1/2e AD&D and focusing on NPCs for my home-brew campaign. This year I’m going to focus on a small nation at the southern end of the Leitan Peninsula, Kunari. I’ll improve the stat block and add some links to my wiki in the days to come.
